Use
The barbecue's raised structure allows for cooking while standing, without having to bend over the coals. The skewers rest on the side edges of the firebox and can be turned regularly for even cooking. The fan is used to revive the coals and adjust the intensity of the fire during cooking.

Care
The galvanised steel body can be cleaned with a wire brush once the coals have completely cooled. The skewers can be washed with warm soapy water and should be dried thoroughly after washing; prolonged soaking of the varnished wood handle should be avoided.
